Ordering online is effortless, and I get updates throughout the entire process.

This product line is absolutely atrocious. Matte white was light beige and champagne was literally flat brown. There were paint streaks on the finished design as well. Wayfair has many alternate brands. This, to me, is the epitome of outsourced low quality product that has minimal to no quality control. I’m furious I’m even being charged to return something that is so far off from the quality and description posted. There is minimal resemblance and worse yet, zero ramifications to the site to the customer experience. I’m done with any Wayfair and associated brands forever after this one. Straight garbage.

Love these pendants. They are the right size and the color is really pretty against my gray kitchen cabinets. Only concern was how they were presented online. It was hard to tell if I was ordering the right thing because the picture didn't match what I was ordering. Looks great, and I'm happy!

I got the Real Rust shade color and it not only is much darker than pictured, but the color on the shade is very uneven on each of the 3 fixtures I received. Not sure if the terra cotta was poorly fired but it looks like they just sloppily scorched it.
