I ordered 2 of these lamps. They are great, truly beautiful pieces. The natural stone is different and gives a more earthy feel in the bedroom. One of the lamps came with a faulty light bulb. I reached out to customer support to request a replacement bulb and they instead offered a 25% refund, which more than covered the cost to purchase a replacement light bulb and the time it took to do so. I’m completely satisfied and enjoy the lamps.
