This is a great little lamp that SHOULD go anywhere. Unfortunately, the massive black cord makes that impossible. It has to be place where cord can be hidden. No all white lamp should come with a black cord!

I put this on my desk temporarily, thinking of transitioning it to a credenza once I set up a display in my apartment. I think I prefer this as decor and ambient light. The gold knob detail is really elegant and stylish.
