Bought the 60" Draftsman for an outdoor enclosed area that is open air about five months of the year. It does get humid here the south as well so although this fan is relatively nee, it is well constructed and I think it should do what it's designed to do. Moves air well for my 400 sf area. Remote is nice as it has a wall plate mount for it to stay. Light is very good also
