*Edit* As always, Wayfair Customer Service for the WIN! Although the item cannot be replaced (unless I want to buy it as new for full price), Wayfair CS Rep immediately resolved the situation w/ a full refund. Wayfair Customer Service, no matter the method of contact, should be the GOLD STANDARD for all shops! Sadly I won’t get to comment on this item as it arrived shattered. Hopefully I can replace it as I bought an open box item. Super sad about it because the shards of broken glass are a beautiful smoky color!
