One of the glass shades was broken. Will be getting a replacement. It leaves the chandelier off balanced. Otherwise, it’s nice and simple and easy to install. You may need 2-3 folks for installation to help hold chandelier while wiring and hanging the light fixture. Can’t wait to see what it looks and feels like when it’s fully intact
