Customers find the product functional and enjoy its unique on/off mechanism. However, there are concerns regarding the brightness of the light, with some finding it too dim for reading. Additionally, the battery life is a point of dissatisfaction, as it does not hold a charge for long and requires frequent recharging.

This lamp is adorable, and I enjoy patting its head to switch it on. I had a hard time deciding whether to order this small version or the larger one. The small one fits the space on my desk well, but I am not entirely satisfied with how much light it puts out. Even on the higher setting, the light is not as bright as I'd like. Also, I've been surprised at how often I have to recharge the lamp. Maybe the larger one would shed more light.

The Ani 13" desk lamp is versatile, adaptable, and brightly beautiful. The mobile LED lamp with matt-colored powder-coated aluminum can be used everywhere. The lamp can be used directly on the base, standing on the table as a traditional lamp, or hanging from the included rope. With a light touch of the lampshade, two brightness levels can be controlled or this can be switched off. For recharging, the lamp can be placed on the charging cradle and charged with the USB cable (both included). This desk lamp is for outdoor or indoor use and is splash-proof. (Do not submerge in water). Run time is 8-16 hours on a charge, depending on the brightness level used.
