I ordered the bulbs along with my lights so as to make sure they were the correct size. I ordered by phone and spoke to a representative. When the bulbs arrived and we went to put up the lights I realized the bulbs were the wrong size so I ran out to the hardware store to get the correct ones. I did call and will return these bulbs but hopefully next time the representative will be more attentive

Well, they are light bulbs. They arrived well packaged and unbroken. They light up. I had them about 7 days. No problems thus far.
