The first lamp we received was defective, but I called customer service and they shipped a replacement right away. The lamp looks really nice in person, and you can move the lamp shade around depending on your needs. Simple, stylish and functional!

I really like the look of this lamp. Unfortunately, the design is slightly flawed. I would like it better if the arm functioned differently than it does. I hoped that it would be able to move in and out over the same area (such as over the couch) but when you move it, it moves in the opposite direction, as opposed to moving in closer (this is probably not making any sense, it is hard to explain in text). And as other people mentioned, it is black, not bronze.
