heavy. didn't really inspire me. it was kinda boring and not worthy of my kitchen design, so we had to pass. its presence was larger than we wanted. there are places it would look good but our new kitchen wasn't it. the light it threw off was unimpressive, as well. it'd made a good "over the door" light.

Purchased this as an open box. Arrived the next day in excellent condition and it works very well in our hallway. Clean, simple structure, adding interest without overwhelming the entryway. 4 star rating resulted from 2 things installation instructions indicated wrong holes in the grid attachment, once we sorted this, the installation was quite simple. secondly the box was packed full of styrofoam peanuts. Not in keeping with environmental standards.
