I really liked the idea of this lamp, especially for my kitchen counter, but the white is really more of a yellowish cream and the light itself is super bright out of the top without actually shining through the ceramic. The shape is nice and the switch on the cord is an easy to use toggle and made out of clear plastic, but this is going to a friend as the color just doesn’t go anywhere in my house.

Awesome lamp! I love design, it’s quite unique, and yet simple at the same time. I’ve moved it around my living room looking for the perfect spot. I think it looks best a wee bit above eye level, you can see the design but not get blinded by the light when you turn it on. It is a bright lamp. The switch is on the cord, very handy. I could go on on but instead I’m going to just say “buy it”. I very much recommend this lamp!
