Great pendant light and so easy to install. There are 3 metal black rods that screw together. Then insert the wires to connect to the electrical. I only used 2 of the 3 rods due to the location. Inside the lamp are many led lights that give the room a bright light but not in your face too bright. The outter white globe just snaps onto the fixture and a big plus is it is dimable. I would recommend this item.
