The light itself is absolutely beautiful. That packaging needs improvement. I am attempting to get 3 of these lights for my store. In my initial order, 1 out of three came broken. Unfortunately, I did not open all 3 boxes within 30 days because these were to be used in a build out in my store and electic was not yet completed. I had to pay for a new light since it was over 30 days. The replacement light was also broken. I was able to get that replaced immediately. The replacement of the replacement was broken as well. Now, the light is on backorder and cannot ship for over a month. I have received 5 total lights and three of them are broken. I am hopeful that they will upgrade their packaging to prevent future issues.
