I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted.
