Love the design of this fan. The blades look modern, very neat and elegant looking. Fan performance is good, very quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the base and the center cap color doesn't match the color of the blades. The blades color has a satin finish while the base and center cap are high gloss bright white. If they are matching the blades color/finish, this fan would have been the best.

Purchased two fans. I am conflicted about how to rate this, so I will just say o.k. It's a bad news/good news series of events. Bad news - The description of the product says that the fan body is metal - which it is. However that doesn't include the "chrome finish" housing, which is PLASTIC. There are 3 tabs to lock the housing on to the fan body. One fan had one of the tabs broken on arrival, the other had all 3 tabs broken. Good news - I filed a broken-piece claim through the merchant's website, got an immediate response that two new housings would be shipped out immediately. I'm impressed! A few days later, I was informed that the parts are not stocked, so instead, they're sending a new fan complete! (A $300 fan instead of a $10 part???) Good/Bad outcome - So, now I have one fan that is fully installed, looks and functions great, working on a "fix" for the housing with one broken tab, and a third complete fan with no housing.

We are very pleased with this rug, which we ordered in 10x14. It’s solidly made and very attractive. As other reviews state, it has moments of charcoal gray, not black. The pile height is fair — it’s not a luxurious feel, but it’s pleasant enough and by no means would I classify it as cheap.
