The first light fixture arrived smashed, but customer service replaced it in only 4 days. The light looks great in our living room, and we are really happy with it. It looks fresh and modern compared to the old-fashioned ceiling fan that was there. I took off a star because the installation was so difficult. My husband had to drill out the bracket holes so that the screws would fit, and it was really hard to line up the base onto the screws. You may want to consider professional installation.
