Although the item cannot be replaced (unless I want to buy it as new for full price), Wayfair CS Rep immediately resolved the situation w/ a full refund. Wayfair Customer Service, no matter the method of contact, should be the GOLD STANDARD for all shops! Sadly I won’t get to comment on this item as it arrived shattered.
