Gorgeous and the brightness is good but not blinding. We put this in the entryway and originally ordered the gray. Gray was not the right fit for our space, so rather than return, I painted it, and it’s perfect! It was easy to install, and sits nice and flush against the ceiling.

The concrete is fragile, but the flutted design is quite nice. I've installed a lot of light fixtures in my day (hundreds perhaps) and this one is seriously not for the faint of heart. Awkward, heavy and precocious. I bought both sizes and you almost need two sets of hands. If you don't have experience get help. The plastic shroud covering the LED is an inexpensive plastic, but not a deterrent in the purchase. I wish all LED's had the switch to change the color (temperature) of the light. This is nice enough if put on a dimmer switch, but I think it would be better if you could change the color. Overall it's a nice statement light...
