This is the second time I ordered this lamp. Something is wrong with the base material and manufacturing process. It is scuffed up, looks the insides are pressing up against the metal causing little bumps on the surface. Corroded looking finish as well. I’m returning and won’t Be ordering this again. Maybe the whole lot is bad. . Photo is of 2 different lamps. Again customer service has been great in remedying this

Enjoying it so far! The cable was not properly packaged so the Styrofoam was attached all over the cable - even the part exposed outside of the rod of the lamp. Unfortunate to look at and a little concerning, but beyond that the lamp has worked for us.
