Its a very beautiful set, unfortunately it took the original and a replacement in order for me to complete a full set. Both the original and the replacement arrived with broken bowls. The plates are carefully packaged, the bowls for some reason are just placed apart with some flimsy cardboard in between and put in a box. The customer service I received was excellent, the plates are beautiful, but the packaging for the bowls needs to be reassessed.. Wenz. Orlando, FL. Tue Sep 15 2026

I love the dishes. We bought a set & tried it out for 2 weeks & decided to buy a second set & completely get rid of our old dishware. I give it a 4 star because we already got a chip on one of the plates. It’s just us 2 adults so I’m not sure how it happened. So it’s not completely durable but the dishes do give a great upgraded luxury feel than what we had before. I also loved the matte black.. Anonymous. Sat Sep 30 2023
