The proportions are balanced and classic, and the design language of the wine glasses in interaction with the iconic grooves highlights the classic, yet contemporary expression of the series, which is eternally current on the table. The grooves almost rise up and carry the round bowl at the top. Notice also the details, where the stem tapers both at the top and bottom – a reference to the design tradition that is the hallmark of a Hammershoi vase.

The Sauvignon Blanc glass is perfect for all styles of this variety, from the grassy, fruit-forward wines of the Marlborough to the oak-aged, honeyed blends from Bordeaux. The glass offers freshness and intensity on the nose, a harmonious palate, an excellent balance of fruit and acidity, and a minerally finish. This pack contains a single glass. High quality wine glasses made by Riedel which is one of the brands known for their high-end, luxury, handmade glasses and decanters. These glasses are part of their Extreme Collection. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. These Riesling glasses are the perfect size for white wine and I plan to purchase more and get some of the different kinds of red wine glasses from this collection. Highly recommend.. Lia.
