Its a very beautiful set, unfortunately it took the original and a replacement in order for me to complete a full set. Both the original and the replacement arrived with broken bowls. The plates are carefully packaged, the bowls for some reason are just placed apart with some flimsy cardboard in between and put in a box. I give it a 4 star because we already got a chip on one of the plates. It’s just us 2 adults so I’m not sure how it happened. I have these stored and use them when I have guests over rather than for everyday use, personal preference since they are so pretty. The only issue I have with this set is that it is a bit bulky, so storage is a minor issue. I live in a condo so space is limited. I wish the bowls stacked inside themselves better.
