Its a very beautiful set, unfortunately it took the original and a replacement in order for me to complete a full set. Both the original and the replacement arrived with broken bowls. Not only is this stoneware dishwasher and microwave safe, they fit great in my dishwasher so cleaning and care is a breeze! I love the neutral colors that go with just about any kitchen theme or decor, and they are beautiful for entertaining. My friends even commented on my pretty dishes :) they certainly make any meal look beautiful. I have these stored and use them when I have guests over rather than for everyday use, personal preference since they are so pretty. The only issue I have with this set is that it is a bit bulky, so storage is a minor issue. I live in a condo so space is limited. I wish the bowls stacked inside themselves better.
