Year & Day Plant-Derived Indoor/Outdoor Small Plate

I recently purchased these plates and they are made of plastic. The plastic is decent quality — not super thin or flimsy, but not extremely durable either. They feel sturdy enough for regular use and hold food without bending too much. However, for the price, I expected slightly better quality. They’re not bad, just not amazing for what they cost. Overall, they’re okay plates if you need something simple and lightweight, but I wouldn’t say they’re a great value.

These look pretty realistic for a “ plant derived” plate. They almost look ceramic. The color is beautiful. Very saturated. Will work great for outdoor use. Also great for kids plates. Can’t wait to use them on my garden table.

I am really happy with this set of plant derived plates! There are 4 plates total in the set. They feel to be of really good quality and are well made. I would describe the color as a faded terra cotta and it is beautiful. They serve well and stack well. Food looks really nice on them. They are very easy to hold and clean. Given that they are plant derived, I am not as worried about microplastics as I am with plastic plates. They are also very lightweight which is great and will be handy to use outside.

They feel sturdy and well made without being overly heavy. They certainly don't seem plant derived and a lot sturdier than I thought they'd be. The size is perfect for everyday meals, and they stack neatly in the cupboard. I've already run them through the dishwasher several times and they've held up beautifully with no fading, scratching, or chipping.
