I collect white dishes and store them on a stainless steel commercial rack in my kitchen. So when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. It's a great serving plate size wise, but just so you know ... it's not white. It is like an off white, cream color.

I cannot wait to use this as a great sushi plate or for decoration in the middle of the table. It's larger than I expected, but I love that it's dishwasher safe.
