Gave this as a gift and never received a thank you. So, my review is based on photos.

This is a cheap basic set but not the best quality. It will do, but several of the pieces have uneven finishes or some of the glaze missing (see pic). I wish I had spent a few bucks more on a better quality set.

Great product. Color is perfect. Shipping was faster than expected. Fair price for the quality. Very happy. However, one plate was broken upon arrival. Do you sell individual plates? Or only sets?

Where do I begin. . . I bought three sets for my condo that I plan to rent out. The dishes arrived filthy, not just a little, but truly filthy with a dusty film. Some plates were chipped, warped or uneven, but most annoying - the white is actually gray! Nothing close to white. As everyone mentioned, each piece has a tag; that was the least of the issues. So disappointed Wayfair. Not representative of your brand.

Bought two sets as a present for my daughter while visiting her in Chicago. I live in London otherwise. After I left, she told me one bowl arrived chipped in two places. I wanted to report it and get a partial refund but discovered that all you can do in that case is call a number. But I am outside of the US now! Not having an online option and requiring people to call this day and age is odd. I use Wayfair in the UK too and have been happy but this was annoying. Otherwise the plates are good but the lack of options to deal with a problem - not good.

Arrived today, I’m disappointed.

I love the set, the plates are really heavy and look expensive. Great for the price.
