The bowl was broken completely in half largely due to the inadequate packing of a breakable glass item. When I tried to replace on line, appeared the only option was for me to return the item or I would be charged! Rediculous - why would they want to pay for return of a unrepairable item and put me through the inconvinience of repackaging and having to take to point of return. Could not believe it, so I called and even talked to a supervisor who said she had to send to a "committee" who would determine if I just dispose of it. They will let me know by email in 2 to 3 business days! BAD BUSINESS DECISSION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love my new Noritake Colorwave. The size of this bowl makes it very versatile. While it might not be obvious in the photos online, the blue dishes are grayish blue in color. The color is stunning and I am glad I chose it.

I love this product, bought it years ago in green and passed it on to my daughter. now I have a new home and needed a new color and Noritake for me was the only option, their dishes are awesome.
