Mikasa Cole 12-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

Love these plates! Especially the organic shape - and the colors are nicer than what you see in the photos. Heavy (stoneware, not porcelain) and a bit on the large size. We are challenged putting them in our dishwasher as we have to really 'lean them' to fit). But overall very happy.

I love this dish set so much, I actually bought two of them. But be prepared for variations in color and glazing. Some pieces are much more muted than others. I think the variation adds character, but if this is going to bother you, I would not recommend it.

Love this set! Be aware that the richness of the color around the edge may vary - on my set, the large dinner plates are very pale, while the small plates and the bowls are the richer deeper blue, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Not bad enough that I want to return them, but be aware. They work perfectly well in the microwave, and I love the non-uniform edges, they are all shaped slightly differently which gives them a lovely handmade quality, they’re very unique. I recommend this set!

It is beautiful!! Each piece looks like handmade art that would be displayed (and sold) at a gallery by a local artisan however MIKASA is a known quality brand. These do not disappoint..Gorgeous. Great synergy of painted design type of custom "I hired a designer art" with a mid century modern twist..my living room and kitchen is an open concept that leans modern..these help keep that flow without being too cold.
