Horrible experience. They are not well built. We tried 4 of these faucets. None of them worked properly. Kohler provided a completely different faucet. It works well but I do miss the touch feature.

This arrived packaged with all parts. It was installed in less than an hour and is the best working faucet ever. The three spray function works great and easy on and off. I use the light spray to not only clean food, but it also feels great when washing your hands.
