I am updating my previous review. I have now had the set five months and the dinner plates are showing signs of wear due to normal fork and knive use. The bowls and salad plates are fine as they are not used as much. Based on what I now know I would not purchase again. Unfortunately my window to return has passed. Looks like I'll be buying new dinnerware within a year.

Exactly what I wanted! I plan on ordering another set!
