This is the nicest piece of furniture i’ve ever owned. Extremely well made. Arrived fully assembled and the delivery person placed it inside my room. This piece is 227lbs so I advise to get it delivered into the desired long term placement. The inside of the top 3 drawers has a velvet lined mat. The drawers slide in and out effortlessly. Overall I like the look and functionality of this dresser. Took approximately 4 hours to put together but instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the drawers are quite loud. Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace. This is a well built dresser. Beautiful grain and stain color, and even better yet- it came fully assembled! However, I have never ran to buy replacement hardware faster. The original hardware it came with was weird little pegs which are hard to grip! The drawers are soft close, but because of that there’s some resistance when pulling, and our hands would slip easily with the original hardware. Gorgeous dresser! It came fully assembled, just had to screw in the feet. Its is solid wood and super heavy. The hardware is the perfect brass color, not like a fake gold. The craftsmanship is high quality, it is very well made, the rattan is flawless. It has so much interior space! My other dresser was actually a little bigger but this can hold more. There is a lot of color variation in the wood grain. The description doesnt say what type of wood but it looks like maybe poplar or mango wood. Surprisingly this dresser came fully put together. Unfortunuately it’s solid wood and extremely heavy to get upstairs. You do not need to buy the assembly service there will be no need for it.
