The dresser is beautiful but I am only giving 4 stars because of the drawers. They are soft close because you have to push them closed, they do no close after a gentle tap. Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. Overall I like the look and functionality of this dresser. Took approximately 4 hours to put together but instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the drawers are quite loud. Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace.
