The couch is on the firm side but still very comfortable and has a nice spring to it. It feels like it won't sag over time because of how stuffed it is. The back rest is the perfect height to rest your neck or arm on while watching TV. Color is almost identical as show in the pictures. Couldn't be happier with it! We also talked with the sales team before purchasing to ensure it would piece together nicely and the only issue is that one end that connects to the corner piece does not have the matching hook/snap to connect underneath, but our customer specialist, Kelly, was able to help rectify this. Overall very happy with this item! The quality is perfect and the dimensions were spot on and delivery of the item was great with communication and allowing to change the window to make sure I was home. The color online is definitely different in person. I originally purchased crypton nomad and online it looks like a purple beige light color - in person it is much darker and has a yellowness to it. I ended up exchanging for the orly natural and am happy with this for my space but same thing the color is off. Online is looks like a light grey/white color and in person it is very grey and darker.
