The couch is on the firm side but still very comfortable and has a nice spring to it. It feels like it won't sag over time because of how stuffed it is. The back rest is the perfect height to rest your neck or arm on while watching TV. Color is almost identical as show in the pictures. Couldn't be happier with it! We also talked with the sales team before purchasing to ensure it would piece together nicely and the only issue is that one end that connects to the corner piece does not have the matching hook/snap to connect underneath, but our customer specialist, Kelly, was able to help rectify this. No complaints. I ordered 2 of the Dover Crescent White Linen Blend color. The color and size was exactly as listed. The channeling and fabric shade was identical on both chairs. The chairs are comfortable to sit in but for a couple of hours max. I plan to converse or play a board game in these.
