It was delivered the day after Hurricane Helene came through Tampa, Florida so I can’t speak to how it holds up during storms (Helene uprooted the oak tree in the background). Teak will work due to the weather conditions. Think of cracks and hairline cracks and getting your own, silver-gray color. All this makes the wood tough to look at. Teak is a durable, greasy wood that is very suitable for outdoor use. It is best to bring your garden furniture inside in winter. However, if this is not possible, they can safely be left outside with their custom cover.

This is a beautiful table and very heavy. The chairs are high quality, all individually wrapped in the box each with their own cushion. The glass is frosted and wrapped appropriately for shipping. Will definitely need at least two people to place it on the tabletop - it’s very thick and I’d guess it weighs about 100 pounds.
