Very happy with this china cabinet. It is well made and looks beautiful. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that one of the legs was faulty and needs to be replaced. Customer service was wonderful and easy to work with, they were very responsive. However, the replacement part won't be shipped for over a month after we purchased it. A lot of holes/screws were mis-sized and didn't align. I couldn't manage it myself so had to get a Taskrabbit with the proper tools to help, who was able to get it done quickly. I ordered a sideboard from Allmodern. First delivery the item was damaged and I did not accept delivery. The wood was cracked and peeling away on the bottom of the unit in a very visible area. There was alot of back and forth about whether another unit was available. I finally received a replacement. It too was damaged with some small gouges in the wood of the doors and around the edges. The wood was chipped along the bottom edge above the leg. There were a few red streaks like sharpie marker on the side of the unit. One door was not attached but the delivery men were able to fix it. There was a lot of rearranging of existing furniture to make room for the new piece which had to be put back while waiting for the replacement. Didn’t want to go through it a third time so I accepted the second piece at a 20% discount. Still had to pay over $1400 for damaged goods. I guess it’s not realistic to think that a new piece of furniture should arrive in good condition. I do like the piece of furniture but would expect undamaged goods and much less hassle. I bought the oak table from Wayfair a few months ago. I ordered a walnut sideboard, which seemed to match the table in the pictures from Wayfair, but it did not. I couldn’t return it because it had been assembled but I have another place. It can go. This new sideboard is oak and it matches perfectly. I completely love this sideboard. If you’re on the fence about it, BUY IT! Arrived early and the delivery men were so accommodating and communicative. There’s a small crack on the BACK of the sideboard but I’m not worried about it being that it will face the wall. I recently discovered AllModern had a physical store near me. One of the items I was in love with online was the Leander console. It just oozes classy MCM vibes. The store actually did not have it on display the day I went, but seeing the quality, I felt confident in ordering the Leander. It was delivered a few days later and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is elegant and beautiful, but also solidly built. The drawers open smoothly, the doors align perfectly and there is nary a flaw. Everything I purchased from AllModern seems to have come triple wrapped, and it surprised me that a company would take that much care in the shipping of their products.
