If you don't have experience with fasteners, tools and following assembly instructions, then you should probably hire someone else to do it for you instead of attempting it, failing, then claiming it's "too complicated.". Beautiful bed frame, very soft texture, great color, looks exactly as pictured. Delivery time was timely, respectful and quick to setup the frame without any issues. Only feedback regarding frame is that slats should be about 2” apart for supporting a mattress without a box spring - these are more like 4” apart, so we will have to add slats or get a low box spring base. Overall I’d give this bed frame 4 stars. The finished look is really beautiful in person. Very clean, modern, and expensive looking without being overly bulky. The biggest issue was that it arrived with zero instructions, which was definitely frustrating. But I have to give major credit to the deliveryassembly guys because they were SO patient and still managed to figure everything out on their own. They took their time, worked through it piece by piece, and ended up putting it together perfectly. Honestly very impressed with them because I probably would’ve lost my mind without instructions. This item was returned because it is a very deceptive listed item. The picture gives you the impression that it is a full bunk bed set when indeed IT IS NOT. In the SMALL print buried in the description it says top not included. Unless you read every single word you would miss it. I will NEVER use Wayfair again!! The piece is very soft. I just like my couch to look neat and this is lumpy. The 2 corner pillows fall off all the time. I literally want to Velcro them to the counter piece. I'm not one for ordering furniture online. In fact, this is the first time I've done it. But I liked the style & scale so much I took a chance. To my surprise, it looks just as pictured on the website and the upholstery used on the headboard is much nicer than I expected it would be (and I'm a very particular person). The way it's assembled is similar to high-end furniture and makes it very solid & sturdy. The description online says "solid + manufactured wood". I have yet to find any "solid" wood except maybe for the slats. It's really all manufactured wood but I will say it's a very nicely done finish. Real wood these days in furniture is difficult to come by unless you have an unlimited budget so if you like this style and can are not opposed to manufactured wood I would highly recommend this bed..
