Frustratingly, I'm more rating the service than the product. I ordered these frames as a part of an office project and the contractor work took longer than 30 days to complete. I opened the frames to set the pictures in and then mount, but discovered on a package with two frames, I only received one mounting hardware set. Because this was raised outside the 30 day window, they are unable to help. I realize I should've completely opened and unpacked a breakable item prior to the 30 day window and accept my role in that, but I'm frustrated on their lack of empathy and understanding that I am unable to mount this. I will work around it with a third party mounting kit, but a bit frustrating. Shipping the frames with all the pieces would've been quite helpful. Following up on this, I changed my rating to 4*. The agent, Sandeep, heard my question after going back and forth a few times and raised this with the appropriate team. We compared the gold finish to our brass toned faucet (Delta) and light fixtures and it is slightly more "red" in tone but will blend well despite not being an exact match.
