One of the chairs we ordered arrived with a broken piece, but All Modern customer support sent a replacement piece right away. Hooray for good customer service!!!. Brennan J. Shell Beach, CA. Aire Chair is the first all-mesh offering in the Branch seating line. While most mesh chairs feel stiff or sag after extended use, Aire Chair makes use of a unique zoned mesh to maximize longevity and evenly distribute weight across the seat and back. More taut zones in the seat encourage durable support and a firm base, while softer zones in the backrest encourage flex and address pressure points to reduce muscle fatigue. Made accessible by advancements in materials and manufacturing, Aire Chair's performance mesh better responds to the body's micro-movements throughout the workday and vents body heat for exceptional temperature regulation. Unique to Aire Chair is a weight-balanced mechanism that adjusts tension to the user's body weight without the need for manual intervention, enabling smoother transitions between a variety of seated positions. Designed with a waterfall pad for improved comfort, the Aire's armrests adjust across three dimensions to enable anyone to find their perfect fit. An optional headrest comes standard in every box for additional neck and postural support in both upright and reclined postures.

Made of chamcha wood, the Ophelia bar stool has a tremendous amount of personality due to the richness of its woodgrain. With exquisite craftsmanship, we have rescued the reclaimed chamcha wood from being one of nature’s finest castaways by making it into this elemental design statement. Because the wood for its back is reclaimed, there will be variations from piece to piece, including some with beautiful butterfly joints. We also offer this bar stool in a gray stone finish and a natural finish, and we have two counter stools in this collection. Each of these reflects the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic. This piece is crafted from natural solid wood. The color and character of wood grain may vary and natural cracks and holes may be present adding a unique character to your piece.

Dark Gray Faux Leather, Counter Stool (25.6” Seat Height)

This dining stool’s streamlined bucket seat swivels on splayed + tapered legs, for a sleek look inspired by mid-century modern style. It’s built from powder-coated steel in a matte black finish, with built-in footrests for stability + plastic glides to protect your floors. A mix of neutral fabric and faux leather soften the seat.

Purchased for a client's kitchen and it is exactly as pictured. Comfortable to sit in, with a firm upholstery seat. The swivel is not too "loose" which means that the seat stays put when you're getting in and out. The seat swivels with just the right amount of effort and the base does not extend past the seat when turned, so no uncomfortable pokes to the legs. The arms restrict the seat size, so it is not recommended for someone with a larger frame. This is a very handsome, high quality stool.. Dawn. Downers Grove, IL. Tue Apr 28 2026
