This vanity is really beautiful. The drawers look great and it appears to be of good quality. My only comment would be that the top is a much warmer white than I thought it was going to be. Carefully delivered, well packed. When you open the box you will be happy to have purchased it. It is better than expected, (based on review and gut instinct). Colors are true. I love it! The only setback was the installation. My husband had to cut a hole in the drawer to fit the pipes. Not every home is the same, and this needed to be done. The drawers are beautiful. Well made. Wish they had a full-length box, but the pipes would not fit. We are using this vanity for the 1/2 guest bath. Toilet paper fits, and rolled towels. That's it. I didn't open it for awhile after delivered so, my fault and need to live with it. Otherwise, it's an attractive vanity. The items were advertised as cream colored and onyx brown, but what I received was light green and onyx brown. The color discrepancy is significant and makes the items unsuitable for the space and design I intended. This kind of misrepresentation creates a lack of trust in the product listing and the company overall. Accurate product representation is critical, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. However, I want to take a moment to commend the incredible representative who resolved my issue, an absolute standout in customer service. From the moment she (Cadence) stepped in her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. She listened attentively, acknowledged the problem without hesitation, and took swift, thoughtful action to make things right.
