I ordered the 3x8 size. It arrived rolled and double wrapped in plastic. The rug unrolled easily, lat flat immediately and was in perfect condition. I’m pleased. It’s for use in the kitchen, and I expect it will withstand a lot. It seems like it’s pretty stuck in its place with the rubber underside, but I may consider 14” under pad just for some cushion, tbd. Hand-woven with a plush texture, this rug brings enduring comfort home. Experience the natural resilience and softness of wool, perfect for adding warmth and style to your living spaces.

The rug was exactly as described except it had a flaw in the weave. Unfortunate, because the quality is very good and "in person" the rich warm autumn colors are beautiful. I phoned customer service and described the problem. They offered 3 solutions. If the flaw was tolerable I could have a discount (approx 25%). Or, they would issue a full refund. Or, they would replace the rug. I chose replacement and three days later Fedex picked up the first rug and delivered the replacement the same day - at no cost to me. It's flawless. Only giving it 4 stars because of the issue and slight delay. However, with customer service's follow-up, I should probably give them a 5.. Robert. Raleigh, NC. Sat Oct 24 2026

Beautiful - just what we wanted. Sheds a bit but that’s to be expected!. Amy. Fort Worth, TX. Fri Aug 22 2025
