I love it! I receive so many compliments on it as well. Medium chandelier in brushed steel

This is a great and stylish light for a good price! However it was very difficult to install simply because the wiring is all the same color clear plastic. You will have to split the plastic sleeve to separate the negative wire from the positive, then strip them, then use the very subtle ridges on the plastic casing to determine which is which. This is not in the instructions you’ll have to look it up. Some positives is that it comes with multiple lengths of pole covering so you can customize how low you want it to hang. I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted. Very happy with the design and quality of the fixture, and it provides just the right amount of light over my dining table. However I was disappointed to find there were only two vertical rods included. One is 12" and the other is 6" providing only 18" of length from the ceiling. My own fault for not reviewing the specifications more thoroughly, but it seems like an insufficient amount for many installations, including mine.
