The rug is exactly as advertised. The yellow is slightly less golden than it appears in the product page, but it matches the review photos, so I knew what I was getting. The quality and texture is exactly as expected and I'm very happy with that. What I'm less than thrilled with is the fact that it came stinking to high heaven. It must have been stored in a warehouse that was positively filled to the brim with cigarette smoke with a healthy dose of diesel exhaust. It'll take some washing and airing out to get rid of it, and even then I don't know how long it'll take. It's stunk up the whole room and into the hallway. I probably would have changed my mind and put it outside on the line to get a better chance of airing out, except I worked my tail off to get it under my very heavy bed frame with an unwieldy mattress, so it's there until I move or die. Quiet Dignity Easy Comfort Very happy with this purchase!! The look is timeless and blends seamlessly in either a modern or classic home! The padding could be a bit more plush. I think they are very comfortable, but am not sure how they would be for prolonged sitting. I have had many back surgeries, so the fact that I think they are comfortable says alot. My husband did not find them comfortable. He did find assembly very easy and packing was very secure. My only wish is for real wood legs and swiveling. Revised 36-the rug looked nice, but it won’t stop shedding. Also, the letter print on the band on the underside has transferred to the carpet. It came out with my carpet cleaner machine, but a hassle. I taped all of the letters with blue painters tape to provide a barrier. All-in-all, I hope the rug stops shedding soon, or I will have nothing left. Pretty! This rug came packaged really well, no odor and no stain spots as others mentioned. It is plush and well made. Glad I took a chance because I had my eye on this for a while.
