Overall very happy with this item! The quality is perfect and the dimensions were spot on and delivery of the item was great with communication and allowing to change the window to make sure I was home. The color online is definitely different in person. I originally purchased crypton nomad and online it looks like a purple beige light color - in person it is much darker and has a yellowness to it. I ended up exchanging for the orly natural and am happy with this for my space but same thing the color is off. Online is looks like a light grey/white color and in person it is very grey and darker. I like it for my space so im going to keep it but I do wish they did a better job with the color photos online. Just to reiterate - this is the orly natural color in these photos here. Ashley. Great product! If I could change anything, I would've added a third powered or manual recliner but the space doesn't allow it. The wedge should have a manual head rest option (if it doesn't already have that). It is making our new living room come together just fine and we're happy we chose this sectional. Highly recommend also getting the white glove service and prepare to have a few hours of window time for the delivery team incase they arrive earlier than expected and not worry about having to assemble it and trash removal.. A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards.
