I bought the oak table from Wayfair a few months ago. I ordered a walnut sideboard, which seemed to match the table in the pictures from Wayfair, but it did not. I couldn’t return it because it had been assembled but I have another place. It can go. This new sideboard is oak and it matches perfectly. I took these pictures on the day that I received the sideboard so no candles or vases or statues are on it yet. I ordered a sideboard from Allmodern. First delivery the item was damaged and I did not accept delivery. The wood was cracked and peeling away on the bottom of the unit in a very visible area. There was alot of back and forth about whether another unit was available. I finally received a replacement. It too was damaged with some small gouges in the wood of the doors and around the edges. The wood was chipped along the bottom edge above the leg. There were a few red streaks like sharpie marker on the side of the unit. One door was not attached but the delivery men were able to fix it. There was a lot of rearranging of existing furniture to make room for the new piece which had to be put back while waiting for the replacement. Didn’t want to go through it a third time so I accepted the second piece at a 20% discount. Still had to pay over $1400 for damaged goods. I guess it’s not realistic to think that a new piece of furniture should arrive in good condition. I do like the piece of furniture but would expect undamaged goods and much less hassle. I completely love this sideboard. If you’re on the fence about it, BUY IT! Arrived early and the delivery men were so accommodating and communicative. There’s a small crack on the BACK of the sideboard but I’m not worried about it being that it will face the wall. I wrestled for a while on counter stools to purchase and I'm glad I settled on these. The boucle adds some needed texture to my great room space and the white/black contrast provides a little pop, but not too much. They are very comfortable yet light. Amazing Table! We just moved into our new home and ordered the large one and it looks as pictured. As others have mentioned, the table is quite heavy and can be hard to move but there’s no complaints there. The table did have a small chip upon the delivery drivers opening it but we were able to get that handled with customer service easily.
