As part of Storkcraft’s “Art of Nursery” Collection, the Kyoto utilizes premium materials, designer details, and elegant metal hardware. The Kyoto embodies the ethos of “Japandi” (Japanese-Scandinavian) design, and features linear routed details and thick, chunky, wooden plank feet. As an ode to the Kyoto’s linear details, the Kyoto features ultra-premium, black metal knobs with linear bezels. To make the Kyoto even better, its changing table topper is removable — meaning, when your child has outgrown the changing table, the Kyoto's integrated changing table topper can be removed, making it a beautiful kids bedroom chest of drawers. In line with Storkcraft’s dedication to nursery and kids bedroom safety since 1945, the Kyoto features Storkcraft’s innovative, safety-focused interlocking drawer system — so only one drawer can open at a time. Storkcraft’s interlocking drawer system is designed to mitigate furniture tip-over risk when used in tandem with the furniture anti-tip kit (also included in the box). The Kyoto is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, is crafted from wood and wood composites, and its applied finish has been tested to meet or exceed the applicable ASTM and CPSIA safety standards. The Kyoto is expert tested by third-party, accredited laboratories to meet or exceed all applicable category voluntary and mandatory safety standards. Designed to adapt to your growing baby, the Kyoto offers three spacious drawers and is useful from the nursery to kids room stage. The Kyoto is part of the Art of Nursery line of products — hand-sketched, elevated nursery and kids' bedroom pieces designed with love and inspired by the beauty and landscapes around us. Quality-crafted with premium materials and appointed with luxurious details, Art of Nursery is an exclusive Storkcraft collection, designed in-house, that personifies elegance, imagination, and craftsmanship. The Kyoto is backed by Storkcraft’s supportive, real-life Customer Care team and 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Assembly required (two people recommended for assembly). Furniture anti-tip kit included. An exclusive, in-house, Storkcraft original design — and part of Storkcraft's flagship Art of Nursery Collection.

The quality is more a 3-star, but added a star as the style of the dresser looks nice and is what I expected. The interlocking system made some jangling chain sounds when opening and closing the drawers. I had to diy/macgyver the locking system by putting in some adhesive cushion to curb some of the jangling noise;,which was annoying; but ultimately I got it to where I was happy with that sound so that’s good. There are also a couple of chips in the paint or lacquer of the drawers which isn’t awesome, but not too noticeable. I got this dresser for 20% of the original price — would want to pay anymore for it.. Mallory. Novato, CA. Sat Mar 29 2025

Overall I like the look and functionality of this dresser. Took approximately 4 hours to put together but instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the drawers are quite loud. And I found that the dresser does very slightly “rattle” when people walk past it so I’m going to try and tighten the screws to see if that fixes it.. Saloni. Chicago, IL. Mon May 11 2026

This 3-drawer changer dresser brings a clean-lined look and essential organization to your nursery or main bedroom. Designed with visible woodgrain for added depth, it blends easily with traditional and modern styles. It also includes drawer safety stops for added peace of mind.

Super high quality piece. Very heavy, but very happy with the 3rd party certifications and the use of plywood instead of mdf. Be prepared to set aside a few hours to assemble as this is not an ikea dresser. However, I'm very pleased with the results. Purchased the Gelato Crib 4 in 1 as well, and it went together much faster. Also, previous reviews I've read said that a standard changing pad will not fit, but I had no issues fitting the Naturepedic No Compromise 2-sided changing pad (16.5"x31.5"x4") in the box topper..
