I was looking for a cream colored sectional with mid-century design features and removable cushions with zip off fabric. This certainly did the job, and for quite a bit cheaper than many stores out there. I got it on sale which I would recommend, as I feel the value is correct at the sale price. The sofa is large and the cream color is lovely. It's a great neutral base for throws/pillows. Definitely a mass produced item but it feels solid and comes out of Vietnam which produces better furniture than China in my opinion. Delivery was 5 stars...3 days, right on time, and assembled as full-service delivery was included with the sale price. A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. Overall happy with the couch. Very deep. I don't think it will end up looking frumpy, so points for that. The reason I went down to 4 stars is the specs didn't state that it had down filling, but the cushions have some down, which means you occasionally have feathers poking out.
