I appreciated the next-day delivery for both ottomans that I ordered. -1 star: The tray-top lid is VERY hard to remove; I had to use the back-end of a spoon to pry the lid off. The tray itself looked great, though! I also think that the original $199 price is too expensive for what you get. I ended up returning both ottomans because the color of the green upholstery was just too blue-toned to go with my space -- no one's fault, just the luck of the draw! The return cost was about 1/7 the total cost of the ottomans.
