Meet this natural ash 2-drawer vanity desk—a versatile and chic addition to your space. The circular mirror is removable, transforming this aesthetic vanity setup into a standalone desk. Like other reviewers have noted, this vanity desk does sit a little high. One upside is you can easily cross your legs beneath it without bumping your knee. The black velvet lined drawers with their soft close add to a luxe feel. They are too shallow to hold a blow dryer but my make-up and jewelry fit fine. The colour in real life is slightly darker/muddier. It's not a bright ash. Item arrived well packaged in two boxes. Assembly was easy enough, and the drawers are already assembled so it didn't take very long. Be very careful during assembly that you don't drag the edges and chip the veneer by accident. Once assembled, there is no exposed area to risk this, though. There was a slight smell to the product resembling spray paint that gassed off within a weak. This mid-century modern desk, with the perfect small yet spacious body for any home office. It features a drawer with multiple compartments and space inside.

Definitely NOT “acorn” colored. This is a dark cherry or mahogany red stained piece of furniture. I am extremely disappointed in how it looked in the photos and how NOT light brown it is. I think the manufacturer either sent me the wrong color or they significantly changed the stain without communicating it to All Modern. That being said, it is great quality, solid, and easy to put together. I won’t be returning because of the cost of the rerun since there was no damage due to shipping. The photos of this are entirely inaccurate. The size is smaller, the bottom doesn't allow for standing up as pictured, the zipper is incredibly cheap, and it's cheaply made.
