A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
